Q: What data does Bizzy AI automatically ingest from Bizzabo?
Once Bizzy AI is enabled, it automatically syncs with the structured event data already in your Bizzabo platform, no duplicate setup required. That includes agenda and session schedule, speaker profiles, attendee directory, and scheduled meetings.
Q: What additional information can organizers add?
Organizers can extend Bizzy AI's knowledge with a custom knowledge base — everything your registration desk would typically handle, like Wi-Fi credentials, venue amenities and directions, and food and beverage information.
Q: Does Bizzy AI search the internet?
No. Bizzy AI is a closed-loop event concierge. It only draws from your Bizzabo event data and uploaded knowledge base. It won't answer general internet queries.
